TwoCal Bolus is liquid nutrition that can be given via your feeding tube using a syringe. It is designed for people who cannot get all the calories and nutrients they need by mouth and who might have or be at risk of malnutrition.
If you are unable to eat safely, for example if you have difficulty swallowing, or you are able to eat, but can’t eat enough to meet your nutritional needs, then your healthcare professional (e.g. consultant or dietitian) may recommend TwoCal Bolus for you to help you get the nutrients you need.
TwoCal Bolus is liquid nutrition that has more calories in a smaller amount of liquid feed compared to some other tube feeds. This can help patients meet their nutritional needs without having to be fed as much liquid.
TwoCal Bolus comes in a 200 ml bottle that can be given via your feeding tube using a syringe. It can be used as your only source of nutrition, for example if you are unable to eat by mouth or can be used as a supplement in addition to the food you eat.

HOW DO I TAKE TWOCAL BOLUS?
Your healthcare professional (e.g., GP or dietitian) will have recommended TwoCal Bolus for you, and they will tell you how much you need and for how long, as this can vary from person to person. They can also answer any questions you might have. It is important that you follow the recommendations given to you by your medical team. TwoCal Bolus should be given at room temperature.
TwoCal is also available in a 1000 ml ready-to-hang bottle for tube feeding.
HOW DO I STORE TWOCAL BOLUS?
Store unopened at room temperature. Once opened, reseal and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
IS TWOCAL BOLUS SUITABLE FOR MY SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
TwoCal Bolus is gluten free and is suitable for Kosher, Halal and Vegetarian diets.
