A perfect recipe to get that caffeine fix on a hot day. Simply add coffee and flavourings and serve to taste. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml of vital 1.5kcal café latte or vanilla flavour
  • Coffee
  • Chicory Essence

METHOD

Prep Time: approximately 5 minutes
Freezing Time: approximately 6 hours

  1. Pour 200ml of Vital 1.5kcal into a freezable container and freeze until it has taken on a soft ice cream consistency.
  2. Pour over 2-3 teaspoons of coffee and chicory essence and mix gently.
