Indulge in this velvety soft ice cream, which can be made with your favourite Ensure Compact flavour, perfect for a late-night sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml bottle of banana/strawberry/vanilla flavour Ensure Compact

FLAVOUR TWISTS

Banana flavour Ensure Compact with caramel essence or sauce for a banoffee taste sensation. Vanilla flavour Ensure Compact, rum essence and raisins are a great after dinner treat.

METHOD

Prep time: approximately 5 minutes
Cooking time: approximately 12 hours

  1. Pour the Ensure Compact into a bowl or lolly mould. Place in the freezer for 12 hours. 
  2.  Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  3. Add sprinkles/chocolate shavings/sauces to taste. Ice cream can be served on its own or alaong with a dessert such as apple pie or chocolate brownie. Sit down and enjoy.
