HOW DO I TAKE ENSURE COMPACT?
Your healthcare professional will tell you how often to drink Ensure Compact, and how much to take. These instructions will be specific to you, as everyone’s needs are different.
Ensure Compact is best served chilled, but you can serve Ensure Compact vanilla as part of a hot drink. Just make sure you don’t let it boil as this can damage some of the ingredients and make the drinks less effective.
This supplement is usually taken in addition to your meals. You can try taking it mid-morning or in the evening or add it to your normal meals for extra variety.
HOW DO I STORE ENSURE COMPACT?
The drinks are ready to use at room temperature or straight from the fridge. Shake well before use. Don’t worry if you don’t manage to drink it all in one go, just keep it covered in the fridge after opening and use within 24 hours.
