PaediaSure Plus Fibre is liquid nutrition that may be given to patients as a tube feed. It is designed for children who cannot get all the energy and nutrients they need by mouth and who might have or be at risk of disease-related malnutrition.
PaediaSure Plus Fibre contains added fibre, calories, protein and other important vitamins and minerals. If your child is unable to eat safely, for example if they have difficulty swallowing, or are able to eat, but can’t eat enough to meet their nutritional needs, then their healthcare professional (e.g. GP or nurse) may recommend PaediaSure Plus Fibre as a tube feed to help them get the nutrients they need.
PaediaSure Plus Fibre is a liquid nutritional supplement for children who weigh between 8 kg and 30 kg or are aged between 1 and 10 years. It comes in a 500 ml ready-to-hang bottle and is nutritionally complete, which means it can be used as your child’s only source of nutrition, for example if they are unable to eat by mouth, or can be used as a supplement in addition to the food they eat.

HOW DOES MY CHILD TAKE PAEDIASURE PLUS FIBRE?
PaediaSure Plus Fibre will be recommended by your child’s healthcare professional or medical team. They will tell you how much your child needs, how they will receive their tube feed and for how long, as each child has their own individual needs. It is important that you follow the recommendations given to you by your child’s medical team.
PaediaSure Plus Fibre may also be recommended as a nutritional drink if your child can take their nutritional supplements through their mouth. You can find out more about this here:

PaediaSure Plus Fibre should be stored and given to your child at room temperature.
