HOW DO I TAKE ENSURE TWOCAL?
Your healthcare professional will recommend Ensure TwoCal based on your specific needs. Follow their instructions on how often and how much to take.
Shake the bottle well before opening. As a drink on its own, Ensure TwoCal tastes best straight from the fridge. Ensure TwoCal can also be frozen as lollypops or ice cubes or can be used in place of milk in hot drinks, puddings, and breakfast cereals. Just make sure you don’t let it boil as this can damage some of the ingredients and make the drinks less effective.
This supplement is usually taken in addition to your meals. You can try taking it mid-morning, or in the evening or add it to your normal meals for extra variety.
HOW DO I STORE ENSURE TWOCAL?
The drinks are ready to use at room temperature or straight from the fridge (but are always best when chilled). Shake well before use.
Don’t worry if you don’t manage to drink it all in one go. Just keep it covered in the fridge after opening and use within 24 hours.
