It is ready to drink and comes in a small 200 ml bottle to make it easy to take, whether at home or on the go, even if you feel too unwell to eat as much as usual.

HOW DO I TAKE ENSURE PLUS?
Ensure Plus will be recommended to you by your healthcare professional, and they will tell you how much and how often you need to take it, as this can vary from person to person.
Ensure Plus is a versatile supplement, so you can enjoy it in lots of different ways. It is best served chilled, and it can also be frozen into cubes and lollipops. Coffee and chocolate flavours are perfect for adding to warm drinks or warmed and served on their own. Just make sure you don’t let it boil as this can damage some of the ingredients and make the drinks less effective.
Coffee, cocoa and powdered desserts can be added to the neutral flavour. It can also be mixed with packet soup or used instead of milk in drinks, breakfast cereals and puddings.
This supplement is usually taken in addition to your meals. You can try taking it mid-morning, in the evening, or add it to your normal meals for extra variety.
HOW DO I STORE ENSURE PLUS?
The drinks are ready to use at room temperature or straight from the fridge (but are always best when chilled). Shake well before use.
Don’t worry if you don’t manage to drink it all in one go. Just keep it covered in the fridge after opening and use within 24 hours.
