HOW DO I TAKE ENSURE PLUS FIBRE?
Ensure Plus Fibre will be recommended to you by your healthcare professional, and they will tell you how much and how often you need to take it, as this can vary from person to person.
The drinks are ready to use. Unscrew the cap and remove the peel-off seal. They are generally best chilled and you can also pour it into a lolly mould and freeze it to eat as an ice lolly.
Chocolate flavour also makes a delicious hot drink, but be careful not to boil it. Boiling can spoil some of the important nutrients you need.
This supplement is usually taken in addition to your meals. You can try taking it mid-morning, in the evening or add it to your normal meals as part of a recipe for extra variety.
HOW DO I STORE ENSURE PLUS FIBRE?
The drinks are ready to use at room temperature or straight from the fridge (but are always best when chilled). Shake well before use.
Don’t worry if you don’t manage to drink it all in one go. Just keep it covered in the fridge after opening and use within 24 hours.
