Enshake is an oral nutritional supplement that can be taken as a milkshake-style drink. It’s designed to support patients who have, or might be at risk of malnutrition, to provide them with additional calories, vitamins, minerals and protein.
Enshake comes as a powder, which is mixed with whole milk to make a tasty shake to help make sure you get the nutrients your body needs. It comes in four flavours: banana, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Each box contains 6 packets of Enshake powder.

HOW DO I TAKE ENSHAKE?
Your healthcare professional will give you recommendations on how much Enshake to drink and how often. This varies for every person, so follow the guidance carefully.
Your healthcare professional (GP, nurse or dietitian) may also be able to give you a shaker to help mix up your shakes.
To make a delicious milkshake:
This supplement is usually taken in addition to your meals. You can try having it as a mid-morning or evening snack or add it to your normal meals for extra variety.
HOW DO I STORE ENSHAKE?
Store your unopened Enshake sachets in a cool, dry place – not in the fridge. Once your shake has been made up with milk, cover any unused shake and store in the fridge. Throw away any shake you have not used after 24 hours.
IS ENSHAKE SUITABLE FOR MY SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Enshake is gluten free. It is suitable for vegetarians and those who follow Kosher and Halal diets.
